Terms & Conditions

Payments for Summer dates are paid at time of booking. To get a refund we need at least two weeks notice and a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Creatives Lab. operates a zero tolerance of bullying. Any bullying behaviour of any kind will result in the offending student (s) being excluded with immediate effect and no refunds given.

Zero tolerance of theft and dishonesty. Any student(s) found to be caught stealing will be excluded with immediate effect and no refunds given. We take no responsibility for items that are lost. Any valuables should be left with parents/ carers before session.

Anti social or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Any students who are persistently disruptive will be asked to leave. We promise a safe environment where students can learn and have fun. This means focus and co operation from all students is a basic expectation to be able to attend.

Clothing - Due to the practical nature of performance students are asked to dress for the job. Comfortable to feel themselves yet also neutral enough to take on characters. Dress appropriately.

Photography and film - By signing up for a class or workshop you give permission to be filmed and photographed. Images may be used to promote the work we are proud of. Any strong objections please put in writing to clair@creativeslab.co.uk Students names will not be publicised without further consent in the interests of safeguarding

No phones policy. We aim to be an escape from the gravitational pull of mobile phones. They should not be used in session unless with permission for a particular reason from the session leader.

The parent/ carer must leave valid contact details and information with regards to medical or further needs.

We will have short breaks during session. Students are permitted to bring food but no nuts or particular foods if allergies are identified in the group. Please bring water to stay hydrated. Avoid toys - they distract everyone.
